You sign up
As soon as you have signed up via the avi app, we will fill out the necessary papers for you and send them to your health insurance company.
The avi app is the mobile companion for your health. Scan the QR code with your smartphone and simply download it.

Your participation starts
Depending on the time of registration, the family doctor program starts with all benefits at the beginning of the next quarter or the quarter after next. You will find out the exact start date when you log in to the app.
