The app on prescription for depression, anxiety, panic

Selfapy offers three different online courses: for depression, anxiety disorder and panic disorder. Each course combines diagnosis-specific psychoeducation, exercises and symptom questionnaires in 12 consecutive modules. Texts, videos, and audios adapt to your needs.

How do I get my app on prescription?

As a general practitioner's practice, we see ourselves as a long-term companion in dealing with your illnesses. Our experienced and specially trained doctors will work with you to find the best treatment or solution for your individual complaints. If you are diagnosed with depression, anxiety disorder or panic disorder, this can also be the Selfapy app. In this case, you will be issued a prescription for Selfapy. You can then send the prescription to your health insurance company in the usual way. You will then receive your individual activation code from this.
