The metabolism analysis at avil uses the latest technology: A Continuous Glucose Monitoring Sensor (CGM), which measures the peaks and fluctuations of your blood sugar over a period of 2 weeks. We will install the sensor painlessly during your first appointment. Your doctor will analyse the sensor measurements and explain them to you so that you understand how your body reacts to different foods. Specifically, we'll show you how to avoid blood sugar spikes in order to increase your energy in everyday life, reduce cravings and better control your weight.
In addition, we check your risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease and show you how to manage your blood sugar levels so that you minimize your long-term risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
