A referral slip helps to place patients between doctors from different disciplines. If you are undergoing primary care with us and need additional treatment from another doctor due to a specific medical condition (for example in the area of dermatology), we will issue you a referral slip.

The certificate is used for communication between doctors. As a general practitioner's practice, we can already describe there which illness we suspect you may have and which tests are necessary. In addition, specialists can send the findings back to us after diagnosis and/or treatment has been completed. In this way, we can perform our function as an “anchor of information” for our patients in our avi practices: we have an overview of all your health-related findings and can discuss them with you.
